Datsyuk's Winter Classic goal

Very nice goal by Pavel Datsyuk. I don't know about any wind-assistance here, but the majority of the goals were scored with the wind at a team's back.

Tough game for Cristobal Huet.

Because of course, he NEVER does that indoors.

If the wind pushed Datsyuk, it should push the defenders as well you’d think.

The D just got caught at half speed while Datsyuk was at full speed.

Ol’ Pierre, always looking for some weird aspect to a goal.

Huet was awful. He should have been pulled much sooner.

the wind comment…classic usless Pierre Maguire. He tries so hard to say anything that is different or “inside” and he adds nothing.

Compare that stupid comment to the one immediately after by Darren Pang – who talked about Datsyuk’s stick and blade, and how that helps his moves. THAT is insight that someone “between the benches” should be telling us.

Having Emerick get laryngitis was a blessing – too bad Maguire couldnt get it too.

He’s still elite, right?
