Merry Christmas
A big thanks to everyone for coming by, especially if you're (for some reason) doing so today.
Christmas came early at my place when I learned last week I'll be covering the Leafs indefinitely, including a couple road trips coming up in the season's second half (Newark, here we come!). This blog is going to keep going, as much as is humanly possible, and I hope you'll keep coming back.
I moved out to Toronto from my little hometown seven years ago, started this blog two years later, and it's been quite a ride almost ever since. Getting a full season credential for an NHL team is about as great an Xmas gift as I can imagine, too. A dream come true, really, and I honestly don't think it would have happened without this site and the support from all its readers.
So, on that note, I hope it's a great holiday season on your end – and that you find plenty of time to catch the world juniors over the next week or so. I'll be watching and blogging.
Merry Christmas.

Newark, here we come!
Does that mean that the authorities must be alerted about the impending invasion by the barbarians of the North? :)
Merry Christmas to you as well, and all the blog readers and commenters that make the discussions here so informative and enjoyable.

I will be sure NOT to treat this as saying Buffalo ranks below Newark.

Don’t each too much turkey and drink too much beer SBN bloggers ;)!
It's never about the eventual destination, but rather the long journey and its challenging obstacles that are presented and what it takes to overcome them, that makes the taste of success all the more worthwhile!!!
