Thanks Mogen. Just to let those interested know, a group of us got together and reviewed the first round games for officiating. All but two of the first round games were hit (one person failed to turn in a couple of games). I posted up the results of our first round scoring and an explanation on who I built a rating from that data. I also posted my opinion of who should move on and why the league was wrong about some of them. Even though that is my opinion, the group as a whole almost entirely agreed. To make the reviews as unbiased as possible, no one was allowed on a game they had a rooting interest in. I did not Sharks games for instance. The Sharks/Ducks games were done by Stars, Cane and Rangers fans. I did no editing of the reviews of others, only interpretations, even when I did not agree with an assessment of the calls. Stop by if you are interested and don’t hesitate to leave comments.

If it is worth doing, it is worth doing wrong.
