Thanks Mogen. Just to let those interested know, a group of us got together and reviewed the first round games for officiating. All but two of the first round games were hit (one person failed to turn in a couple of games). I posted up the results of our first round scoring and an explanation on who I built a rating from that data. I also posted my opinion of who should move on and why the league was wrong about some of them. Even though that is my opinion, the group as a whole almost entirely agreed. To make the reviews as unbiased as possible, no one was allowed on a game they had a rooting interest in. I did not Sharks games for instance. The Sharks/Ducks games were done by Stars, Cane and Rangers fans. I did no editing of the reviews of others, only interpretations, even when I did not agree with an assessment of the calls.
