Isles sign Roloson to two-year deal
As per Newsday, the New York Islanders have signed Dwayne Roloson to a two-year, $5-million deal. With Roloson off the table, it'll be interesting to see what the Oilers do in goal.
The biggest issue with the deal is Roloson's age, as he'll be 40 in October, but he had a very good season in Edmonton last year. He may be able to provide the Isles with some leadership, too, although I expect there'll be a lot of losses over the next two years.

Considering the goalie turnstile the Isles had last year, I don’t see much confusion.

That information is classified until October. The party line is they expect him to be skating healthily in August.
