Seems IEH is having trouble making good on their LOI ! The last i heard is they will close the deal just prior to the playoffs! I still cannot understand if the price is 140MM, who is responsible for the losses expected this year? Not to mention the expected losses that will certainly occur next year while they work to deliver a marketing plan that will put bodies in the empty seats of Jobing arena. If the team is practically giving away seats and parking in ayear when they are playing well, how many fans will show up when ticket prices are raised and parking is no longer free?
